Feeling blue. A vibrant, square, cushion-cut blue Helenite gemstone is prong set at the center of this scintillating sterling silver ring. Leaf accents in 12K rose and green gold enhance the marvelous multicolored look.

From Black Hills Gold. Helenite is created from rock gathered after the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens.

It contains elements of chromium, iron, manganese, and cobalt. The blue color has some hues of purple throughout.
